Do they have the tools, training, and authority to do the job well?
Or are they constantly scrounging for workarounds?

When employees identify problems or inefficiencies, does anything change?
Or have they learned that raising concerns is pointless?
Visibility
Can managers see what work is happening and whether it’s being done well?
Or do they only pay attention after something goes wrong?
Engagement
Do employees feel responsible for results?
Or are they doing the bare minimum to get through the day?

Why I do this

I spent 17 years in the non-profit sector. I saw organizations doing amazing, life-changing work, churning through people at a tremendous cost. When I learned these issues plagued other sectors too, I decided something had to be done.
By exploring the underlying causes, I discovered repeating patterns. There was always a disconnect between management and employees, which was caused by a lack of direction, resources, visibility, and accountability.
I’ve always loved finding creative ways to make businesses run more smoothly, and if it can make people love their work more, I see that as a win-win across the board.
My goal isn’t just to solve today’s problems. I’m building organizations that run better, more consistently, and without needing constant forcing to get them there.
